Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for store credit, size exchanges, item exchanges, and refunds. Please ensure that your return meets the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • The item is packaged back into the Outdated Collective ziplock logo bag.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item has no marks, stains, or any other damage.
  • The item does not have any odours (including deodorant, perfume, body odour, or washing powder).

Return Shipping:

  • All return costs are to be covered by the customer.
  • For exchanges of size or item, we will cover the cost of shipping for the new shipment.

Faulty Items: Faulty items will be reviewed by our team through the returns process. If deemed faulty, we will cover the return costs.

Outdated Collective reserves the right to reject returns that are beyond the return period or not in their original condition. If this occurs, the package will be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered.
