Outdated Collective Returns Policy

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

We gladly accept returns for store credit, size exchanges, item exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure your return meets the following requirements:

• The item is unworn and in original condition, with all tags still attached.
• The item is repackaged in the Outdated Collective logo bag it arrived in.
• The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item has no marks or stains of any kind.

Return Costs:

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• For size or item exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Faulty Items:
If your item is faulty, it will be reviewed by our team once processed through our returns portal. If deemed faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
