Domestic Returns

Changed your mind? No worries — we accept returns for refunds or store credit within 30 days of
purchase.

 

A restocking fee of up to $10 applies to all domestic refunds to help cover return shipping
costs. This fee doesn’t apply if you opt for store credit.

 

To start a return, head to our returns portal and follow the steps to send your item(s)
back to us. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we’ll
issue your refund or store credit.

 

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5
business days
, though it may take a little longer to
hit your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returning Damaged Products

In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing info@outdatedco.com.
