Returns

Please firstly email outdatedco@gmail.com for a walk through guide on how to proceed with your return.

- All returned items can only be returned for a store credit.

- Returns will only be accepted where the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags in place. 

- Returns will only be accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your goods.

- Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults, how ever please note this does not include general wear and tear.

- In the event a return does not meet the set standards, we reserve the right to reject the return.

 

- All products come with a three-month warranty, which includes protection against manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use. The warranty will be considered invalid if the provided care instructions are not adhered to or if the product is misused.
